Executive Assistant (Litigation)
A leading Toronto litigation boutique is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support a senior partner.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, can manage multiple priorities, and handles sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. This position is fully in-office in the Financial District.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to a senior partner with a busy litigation practice
- Manage complex calendars, coordinating internal meetings and external commitments
- Monitor and manage email and phone communications
- Maintain and organize electronic files and documentation
- Track and diarize key deadlines and important dates
- Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and external counsel
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant (legal industry experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
