Position Overview
The Executive Assistant supports the CEO with a proactive, detail-driven, and highly accountable approach. Acting as an extension of the CEO, this role requires excellent judgment, professionalism, and the ability to manage shifting priorities while engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and committed to strong follow-through.
Executive Support
Provide confidential administrative support, including calendar oversight, correspondence management, and travel coordination.
Review, triage, and draft CEO communications with discretion, ensuring timely and clear responses.
Anticipate needs and adjust quickly to last-minute changes in priorities, schedules, and logistics.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Represent the Office of the CEO with professionalism in all interactions.
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners while protecting the CEO’s time and priorities.
Serve as liaison to internal teams and partners; track deliverables and ensure follow-ups are completed.
Operations & Event Coordination
Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and special engagements.
Oversee daily office operations, vendor relationships, and supplies.
Liaise with property/building management for access, maintenance, and facility-related issues.
Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives (including a CEO) in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask clarifying questions and communicate with senior leaders.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with staff, board members, and external partners.
Proactive problem-solving skills and strong decision-making capability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable adopting new tools.
Solid experience planning and coordinating events.
Demonstrates a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
