Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)
Overview:
Our client, based in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Bilingual Administrative and Scheduling Assistant to provide administrative support for compliance and legislative teams, focusing on scheduling, reporting, and coordinating meetings and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, track absences, and schedule coverage
Monitor inboxes and calls, escalate issues as needed
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on tasks
Track and process invoices and expenses
Compile reports and metrics for internal use
Support event logistics, speaker scheduling, and survey distribution
Assist with government relations meetings and special projects
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in business preferred
3+ years of admin experience
Bilingual (English/French) an asset
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and reporting tools
Strong organizational and communication skills
Details:
37.5 hours/week, Mon–Fri
Hybrid work with 2 core in-office days
Occasional overtime during busy periods
