Summary
The Facilities Associate supports day-to-day facility operations that impact patient care and staff effectiveness. This hands-on role troubleshoots facility issues, coordinates repairs and room setups, and works closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure safe, efficient clinical and office environments.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve general facility and workspace issues; escalate as needed
Coordinate room setups, furniture moves, and space reconfigurations
Communicate with staff and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution
Conduct regular facility and health & safety inspections
Manage access controls, assets, and basic facility documentation
Support emergency repairs and travel between locations as required
Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in facilities, maintenance, or coordination
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and decision-making skills
Familiarity with health & safety standards and facility systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical tasks
