They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities

• Assist assigned underwriters in completing deal documentation, with training available for the right candidate.
• Enter and manage deal data within the system, ensuring accuracy and proper allocation.
• Conduct compliance checks on borrowers, including ID verification, risk assessment, and screening for politically exposed persons, using provided tools to match data.
• Initiate financial transactions, such as uploading payment files for funding, payments, redemptions, and invoices.
• Diligently manage periodic tasks, such as processing borrower renewals, generating investor reports, and submitting system-generated reports to regulators.
• Provide recommendations to enhance internal systems and processes.

Requirements

• Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree
• 3 Years experience in the financial sector
• Hands-on experience in document management and drafting.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with sales teams and customers/clients.
• Skilled in organizing and managing online files systematically.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and data management tools, including programs like SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, or similar platforms.
• A solid understanding of basic financial concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
