Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee all AR functions, including collections, invoicing, reconciliations, and month-end reporting. This role will also support audits and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal control requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle AR: invoicing, collections, and cash applications
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
Prepare aging reports and cash forecasts
Support month-end and year-end close, including journal entries
Participate in internal and external audits
Maintain and enhance AR procedures and SOX compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
3–5 years of AR experience, ideally within manufacturing
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
Experience with ERP systems (J.D. Edwards, SAP preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience with OneStream or the automotive industry is an asset
