About Our Client:

Our client located in North York, is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process and post invoices into the system
  • Review and adjust any discrepancies found
  • Receive invoices, bills, and claims for payment approvals
  • Process payments and reconcile
  • Review aging reports
  • Cash applications
  • Handle client inquiries and maintained client files
  • Provide support to admin as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
  • Must be detailed oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
