About Our Client:
Our client located in North York, is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a temporary to permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, process and post invoices into the system
- Review and adjust any discrepancies found
- Receive invoices, bills, and claims for payments approvals
- Process payments and reconcile
- Review aging reports
- Cash applications
- Handle client inquires and maintained client files
- Provide support to admin as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
- Must be detailed oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
