About Our Client
We are working with a large downtown asset management company. They are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk for a hybrid (3 days in office) opportunity.

Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for:
  • AP processing for multiple entities
  • Coding invoices, obtaining approvals, data entry and payments (cheques and electronic payments)
  • Reconciling vendor statements, following up on o/s invoices
  • Intercompany reconciliations and invoicing
  • Processing employee expense reports
Requirements
You should have a minimum of 1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping or AP experience. Strong MS Excel skills are necessary and prior knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP would be an asset. Strong communication skills will help you work with people across the organization.
