Our client is a dynamic and well-established tier-1 brand in the retail sector. Seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Analyst to join their large finance team. If you have experience in managing very high-volume accounts payable processes, excel at 2-way purchase order matching, excel in vendor payment and rebates, and possess strong communication skills, all while managing multiple legacy systems, we want to hear from you.

Job Description: As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be a key player in our finance team, responsible for managing complex accounts payable processes. Your role will include 2-way purchase order matching, efficient vendor payment processing, rebate tracking, and effective communication with various stakeholders. You will need to adapt to and manage multiple legacy systems as part of your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently process high volumes of accounts payable transactions.
Perform 2-way purchase order matching to ensure accurate invoicing.
Process vendor payments accurately and on time.
Track and manage vendor rebates and incentive programs.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
Adapt and navigate multiple legacy systems to perform tasks efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounts payable, preferably in high-volume environments.
Strong knowledge of 2-way purchase order matching and vendor payment processes.
Experience in managing vendor rebates and incentives is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and adapt to multiple legacy systems.
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
