About the Role:

Our client, a multinational player in the real estate space is looking for a Vendor Management/AP professional for a 12-month contract. The Vendor Management/AP professional will be accountable for vendor onboarding, and ensuring invoices continue through the approval process for timely payments. Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor onboarding, validate documentation to ensure compliance
• Monitor the AP aging, and address escalations to expedite payment without incurring penalties

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience with vendor onboarding, vendor management and escalations
• Experience interacting with senior management
• Professional and assertive communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
