About the Role:
Our client is seeking a professional Accounting Supervisor to manage daily accounting tasks, ensure IFRS compliance, and support reporting, analysis, and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts
- Analyze financials and explain variances
- Investigate revenue, cost, and expense changes
- Resolve daily accounting issues
- Support process improvements and project
- Track deferred revenue and ensure IFRS 15 compliance
- Recommend efficiency improvements
- Prepare financial and management reports
- Liaise with auditors
- Assist FP&A with forecasts and analysis
- Maintain policies and procedures
- Perform other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of accounting, IFRS, and financial processes
- Skilled in budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; able to build financial models
- Experienced with accounting systems and billing practices
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
- Organized, dependable, and maintains confidentiality
