SALARY: Up to 150K+ Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire operational accounting funcitons inlcuinf AP, AR, Billings, Collections GL's, and Trust Accounting
- Oversee that all accounts are reconciled correctly
- Oversee companies accounting close-end processes
- Mentor and develop a big accounting team(around 10 people)
- Manage both quartley and month end finanical reporting
Qualifications:
(1) 7+ years of Accounting experience must be very knowledgable on debits a credits
(2) 2+ years experience managing and developing large teams
(3) Someone with a entrepreneurial mindet and a great eye for improved efficiencies
(4) Great people skills with both internal and external partners
(5) Strong communicator, presents well over the phone, in person or via email
(6) Analytical thinker
(7) CPA is highly recommended but not a must
