About Our Client:
Our client is hiring an Accounting Manager for a permanent position
Responsibilities
- Responsible for month-end closings, quarterly and annual financial reporting for multiple entities
- Monthly review of balance sheet reconciliations including intercompany accounts
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Manage fixed asset accounting requirements for capital projects
- Ensure compliance with company policy and procedure
- Perform internal accounting control assessment
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and lead 2 staff on the accounting team to achieve efficient process continuity
- Responsible for cash management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Assist in the annual and interim audit, including coordination of external auditors’requests and completion of supporting schedules
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- CPA or ACCA designation is a MUST
- 5+ years of progressively responsible related experience
- 3+ years of supervising a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities - verbal and written
- Strong people and management experience
