The Company
Our client a well known networking company in the health service practice is looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their team.

The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role oversees the entire revenue recognition and reconciliations function. The position is responsible for managing and reviewing end-to-end revenue and reconciliation processes, including staff oversight, report preparation, driving process efficiencies, and providing support for both internal and external audits.

The Qualifications
  • University degree in accounting or finance
  • 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in the revenue recognition and reconciliation space
  • 1+ years experience in a supervision/management position
  • A very smart analytical, and business-minded person not afraid to be hands-on
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • CPA designation is an asset but not a must
