Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A
Location: Toronto or Vancouver | Hybrid
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, reporting to the Finance Manager. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that will see you:
Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes
Prepare and present summarized financial analyses for senior leadership
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis
Build and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making
Identify and implement process improvements in forecasting and budgeting
Contribute to the successful implementation of ERP modules, including Yardi and related custom reporting functions
Support cross-functional teams and act as a partner to business stakeholders
Travel occasionally between Toronto and Vancouver, depending on your base location

Experienced: You bring at least 3 years of experience in FP&A or accounting, with a minimum of 1 year in a senior or lead role
Designated: CPA required (those enrolled in the program will be considered); additional certifications are a strong asset

Detail-Oriented: You’re comfortable analyzing and summarizing complex data with precision and insight
Communicative: Confident presenter with strong written and verbal skills, able to engage senior audiences effectively
Technically Proficient: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Yardi experience is a bonus or something you're eager to learn
Organized: You can juggle multiple priorities with poise and deliver on tight deadlines
