Finance Leader
Our client is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the accounting function and help drive business growth. In this role, you’ll oversee the full accounting cycle, deliver accurate financial reporting, streamline processes, and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making. You’ll also mentor a small team and play a key role in optimizing our ERP system.
Responsibilities:
Oversee accounting operations, reporting, AP/AR, invoicing, and compliance
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Lead process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements
Manage cash flow forecasting and tax filing requirements
Develop policies, internal controls, and best practices
Coach and mentor accounting team
Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA designation
6+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
ERP system experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central a plus)
Strong leadership skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communicator, written and oral
