About Our Client:
Our client is seeking a professional Accounting Associate with at least one year in working in an accounting or related role. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and French.
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly billing, collections, and financial reporting.
- Address and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors.
- Assist with tax filings, accounts payable/receivable, and commission processing.
- Manage expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Compile financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide bookkeeping and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Bilingual in English and French
- Proven experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Professional, detail-oriented, and organized
- Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
