Our client is seeking an Accounting Administrator for a temp-to-permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Daily postings
- Settlement
- Distributor Billing
- Deposit tracking and recording
- Data entry of invoices and adjustments
- Process account and bank reconciliations
- Weekly reports
Qualifications
- Exposure to accounting at the clerical level (analysis, account reconciliations, A/P, A/R, etc.) would be a definite asset in this position.
- Advanced level Excel experience including (pivot tables, v-look ups, and macros, and is also very tech savvy with various software programs).
- The successful candidate will project a professional attitude when dealing with external contacts, as daily communications with business units is necessary.
- Internal contacts include Sales and Depot Operations personnel, A/R, A/P as well as other accounting departments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
