About Our Client
Our client in North York, a leader in the Engineering sector, is currently seeking an Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis
Responsibilities
- Manage all areas of Time & Materials including but not limited to:
- Monthly project billings
- Processing time sheets
- Tracking invoices, safety attendance records, etc.
- Ensure all administrative areas of the project are being adhered to
- Produce and discuss progress reports with Accounting team and Controller
- Other ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 3-5 years of full cycle accounting experience
- Must have experience in a project related environment (Construction, Engineering, Real Estate, Marketing, Advertising, etc.)
- Must demonstrate an understanding of Time & Consulting
- System savvy with Excel and other large accounting systems
