About Our Client
Our client, an Accounting Firm, located in North GTA, is hiring an Accountant for a permanent position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compilation engagement file preparation
- Corporate tax return preparation
- Personal tax return preparation
- Personal tax compliance responses back to CRA
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years of experience preparing personal taxes
- Minimum completed post-secondary accounting courses
- Experience with CaseWare and Profile would be favorable
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products
- No CPA designation needed, relevant accounting/bookkeeping and tax experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in writing and speaking
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with impeccable organizational and time-management skills
