This role is ideal for a highly organized, relationship-oriented professional who excels at managing ongoing client needs while identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Manage day-to-day communication, requests, and ongoing account activity
  • Coordinate order execution, timelines, and customer updates
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support proposal development, bid coordination, and formal procurement processes (e.g., RFx)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operations, and commercial teams to deliver on customer needs
  • Track and follow up on leads, opportunities, and account activity
  • Maintain accurate records, pipeline tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure a smooth flow of information between customers and internal teams
  • Represent the organization at industry events and support business development initiatives

Operating Environment

  • Focus on execution, coordination, and growth within existing accounts
  • Multi-stakeholder environment with both technical and commercial touchpoints
  • Structured processes for tracking, reporting, and opportunity management
  • Moderate travel required (approximately 25%)

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, inside sales, or customer-facing roles within a B2B environment
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and operational teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and communication skills
  • Experience in regulated, industrial, manufacturing, or complex environments is preferred
