About Our Client:
Our client, a B2B IT services solution provider, is seeking a very steady (3+ years at each position) Account Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a tenured Hunter looking for long-term growth, with a demonstrated history of stability in their roles. The candidate will be sourcing and qualifying leads, developing new business, and working in B2B sales.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new leads and successfully develop new accounts in assigned markets
- Perform sales functions that result in increased utilization of company products and services
- Achieve minimum revenue and gross margin growth objectives
- Develop sales presentations, quotes, and proposals with minimal guidance
- Deliver presentations of the company’s products/solutions to prospects and customers
- Prepare accurate and thorough sales and business activity reports
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in each of their past three roles
- Must be selling B2B products or services
- Experience in a quota-bearing role, hunting or generating leads
- Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs
- Experience with professional technology sales including consultative and solution sales, client needs assessment, and sales plan development
- Experience developing business cases, presentations, proposals, closing and client follow-up
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiating skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and self-initiation skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently, but also successfully work as part of a team
- Understanding of networking and client/server architecture concepts, and/ or Managed IT service solutions sales a plus
- Experience and knowledge with MSP, cloud, VOIP, and cybersecurity sales a plus

- Compensation is a base + commission structure.

- Some travel to client sites is required – mostly in GTA but also to other parts of Ontario
