We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team, focused on our Dental Software solution. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle—from initial discovery to close—while serving as a trusted advisor to prospective customers.
You’ll work with inbound leads who have already expressed interest in our platform, as well as proactively source and develop new opportunities through outbound efforts. This role is ideal for a confident, consultative seller who thrives in a quota-driven environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
This role is based out of Thornhill and is flexible with 2 times a week onsite if based locally GTA wide, otherwise open to discussion with candidates for fully remote across Canada
Manage the end-to-end sales process, positioning the company as a strategic partner for business growth.
Qualify and convert inbound leads into satisfied, long-term customers.
Proactively generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
Conduct customized product demonstrations that clearly articulate value, outcomes, and ROI.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to support adoption, engagement, and retention.
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
Accurately track pipeline activity, forecasts, and deal progress in Salesforce CRM.
3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a comparable closing role, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3+ years of outside sales experience managing high volumes of inbound and outbound activity.
Proven success with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
Strong experience managing the full sales cycle, from discovery and needs analysis to demos and closing.
3+ years of closing experience within a SaaS environment.
Background in consultative selling, with the ability to build trust-based client relationships.
Minimum of 3 years selling to small businesses, preferably within the dental industry.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
