This AP Accountant will demonstrate superiour knowledge of the accounts payable cycle, including coding, journal entries and know the difference between capital/GL expenses. Responsibilities
Full cycle accounts payable processing
Interact with end users to ensure understanding of coding
Organize payment schedules ie: cheques, EFTs, wire transfers
Account reconciliaiton and trend analysis
Ensure appropriate signatures
Qualifications
A steady resume, mandatory!
5+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience
Collaborative and customer service focused are required for this role
