Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently post incoming EFTs, wire transfers, and credit card payments.
• Prepare monthly auto-debit letters for the dealer network.
• Prepare and analyze cash flow reports to support internal decision-making.
• Support invoicing and accounts payable functions.
• Provide vacation coverage for team members and assist with reception duties, including greeting and directing visitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and meet deadlines.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced finance or AR cash posting roles.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with ERP systems (Infor CSD considered an asset).
• Post-secondary education in Accounting is an asset.
• Bilingual French skills are considered an asset.

Compensation

• Salary range: $43,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience and expertise.
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life, and disability coverage.
