About our Client

Our client, a national leader in retail cleaning, commercial cleaning, and maintenance services, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Office hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with some occasional overnight shifts. Responsibilities will largely include taking care of a mixed client portfolio of 11 sites and weekly site visits across Prince George, Prince Rupert, Quesnel, Smithers, Terrace, and Williams Lake and account and people management. Responsibilities:

  • Conducting site inspections at retail establishments in your area to check for adherence to safety and customer service criteria
  • Establishing and maintaining solid relationships with important customers and store managers
  • Investigating all complaints and ensuring they are all dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
  • Managing all the responsibilities and issues for the cleaners at all your sites - scheduling, conflicts, hiring, training, performance management and any disciplinary action that may be required
  • Ability to manage a large team
  • Other ad-hoc duties as needed


Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years in a Supervisor or Manager position is necessary
  • Supervise a large group of employees
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • Impressive customer service skills,
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates an ambitious and enthusiastic personality in all aspects of their work
  • Must be available 24/7 in case of emergency or client needs
  • Displays strong leadership skills and is reliable
