Our client, a multinational marketing agency, is looking for a new ACCOUNT COACH to join their dedicated team on a permanent remote basis. This role involves managing the relationships and service standards between the company and its clients. REMOTE ROLE
SALARY RANGES FROM 45-55K Plus commissions

Responsibilities:

• Managing the relationship between the company and its clients
• Coordinate and guide new clients through a detailed account setup process tailored to their specific needs.
• Provide new clients with various training resources and assist in program rollout in their businesses
• Provide ongoing Account Management, Customer Service, and Marketing Support to existing clients to ensure clients are retained
• Support marketing efforts by promoting products & services to a client base
• Using the company database, document all account activity based on phone calls, emails, projects, etc.
• Other tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an account management, sales, and/or customer service environment
• Enthusiastic & self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude
• Established sales and negotiation skills
• Driven, self-motivated, and goal-orientated
• Ability to take initiative, work well alone or with a team
• Excellent organization and multitasking ability
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Tech Savvy
• Proficient with Windows-based software
• MUST LIVE IN LOWER MAINLAND, BC
