Job Title: 3 Month Contract - Member Services Representative (Outbound)

Location: Toronto (5 days onsite)

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a proactive Member Services Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to remind members to complete their professional development courses. Key duties include building rapport with members, answering questions about course requirements, and providing support to ensure timely completion. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to remind members of upcoming or incomplete courses
• Answer questions related to course requirements and deadlines
• Provide assistance and guidance to help members meet their professional development goals
• Document interactions and update member information as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet call targets
• Experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
