About the Role

Our client, is seeking a skilled Cabinet/Millwork Installer for a short-term project in Maple Ridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing millwork and custom woodwork elements, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets project standards.

Salary – $25 to $30 an hour (Based on the experience)

Responsibilities

  • Install custom millwork, including cabinets, moldings, trim, doors, and paneling in residential or commercial spaces.
  • Measure, cut, and fit woodwork elements according to specifications.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
  • Ensure all installations are completed accurately, securely, and with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades as needed.
  • Follow site safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cabinet installation and millwork.
  • Skilled in installing custom woodwork elements such as cabinets, moldings, trim, doors, and paneling.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Proficiency with carpentry tools and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and install heavy cabinetry and materials.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
